Lasertag is a new team game, which develops strategic thinking,
managerial skills, teamwork - all this on good air, in exciting
environment.
Lasertag is the mixture of well-known games from our childhood,
such as hide-and-seek, number war and dodge ball, just in a lot
more sophisticated, life-like and challenging form. Lasertag can
be played indoor or outdoor such as: in a forest, in a park, in
barracks, on open ground, abandoned buildings, in hotel or guest
house gardens, or even in an everyday office building.
Lasertag seduces the world with the speed of light, because it
melds the benefits of paintball and airsoft with some older indoor
laser technologies.
Laserguns do not shoot any kind of ammunition in contrast with
paintball or airsoft.
There is no pain with a hit, there's no risk of injury. It is no
need to be equipped with any safety clothing, nor mask. The game
becomes so more comfortable. There is no need of big overalls,
torso defenders for ladies, nor masks covering the whole face.
An
additional benefit of the Lasertag compared to paintball and
airsoft is, that it doesn't mark or paint the environment, so a
lot of new exciting sites can be involved into the game.
Since there is no danger of injury, Lasertag is also accessible
for younger ones or even children, so they can spend their spare
time moving outdoors binding new contacts and tighten friendships
through the gaiety.
Although it is called Lasertag, the guns work with infrared light.
The laser gun communicates with infrared light with the sensors
placed on the rest of the players. The infrared light is totally
harmless, just like the TV's remote control. The infrared light is
out of the visible light province, so a built in LED imitates the
muzzle fire simultaneously with the shooting.
Thanks to the modern technologies, the Laserguns which once could
only be used in dark cellars, are now working reliably outdoors in
sunlight. You can hit your opponent at distances up to 150 meters!
This requires also more sophisticated camouflage and hiding from
the players. The shots aren't deflected by loose landmarks /
bushes /, and it's not influenced by the rain or wind.
In
contrast to paintball and airsoft, the hits in a Lasertag game
can't be an issue of debate since the built in electronics take a
health point off from the player with the hit and prompt the other
players with a sound and light signal which is indicated by the
“victims” senors. The gun shots down when the player runs out of
health points. It could be only restarted by a special key from
the referee. So the cheerful game stays a cheerful game and the
team who can act as a real team and chooses a smart strategy can
defeat the opponent.
The lasergun can be programmed, which player is in which team. So
in the end it will be easy to figure out who shot who from the
opponents / or from his own teammates in worst case scenario /,
how many times got one shot, and who won the game...
Every score can be displayed on computer after the rounds. The
scores can be on place evaluated for team building aim or just for
the players own joy; it can be analyzed what as to be done, who
was the leading teammate, who shot his own companions in the back
who
was collaborative, what was the team performance like...
